Cliff Edwards and His Hot Combination
Fountain LFV-203
Rating: ****

This is a hard-to-find but must-have LP album for the Cliff Edwards collector. This 1978 album comes from England and is part of the Fountain/Retrieval Vintage Reissue Series. I have not seen this label on CD yet. All tracks were recorded in New York City.

His Hot Combination consists of Red Nichols (cornet), Miff Mole (trombone), Bobby Davis (alto sax), Fred Morrow (tenor sax), Arthur Schutt (piano), Dick McDonough (banjo), Joe Tarto (tuba), Vic Berton (drums).
